The award rates a company’s commitment to improving health and wellness in the workplace. The Healthiest Employers program defines wellness as any program that supplies health-related advice regarding nutrition, fitness and biometric information to encourage healthier lifestyles for their employees. Out of a total of 30 well-established and respected Western New York companies, Ivoclar Vivadent earned the top honor in the 100 – 499 employees category.   

The Healthiest Employers’ program measures six categories of wellness: culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communications and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analysis.
