Intermediate "Shear" Bond Strength – Testing Protocal     This test predicts the immediate (10 minute), shear bond strength of a restorative material cemented / bonded to dentin. The same protocol is used for all cements tested with various restorative materials (e.g. ceramic, zirconia, metal, etc.).
