NEW LASER EDUCATION CENTER TO OPEN
Ivoclar Vivadent Schedules Monthly Courses

Amherst, NY (January 20, 2009) – Ivoclar Vivadent is pleased to announce the opening of its new North American Laser Education Center. Based on requests from Odyssey® Diode Laser customers for additional laser education programs, monthly courses will be offered in North America throughout 2009. These valuable training programs will take place at either the Ivoclar Vivadent International Center for Dental Education (ICDE) in Amherst, NY or the Interdisciplinary Dental Education Academy (IDEA) in Foster City, CA (near San Francisco.)

Ivoclar Vivadent’s laser education courses are open to all dentists wishing to participate in the program. Regular tuition for dentists is $469.00 per person and $199.00 per person for additional auxiliary staff. However, dentists purchasing an Odyssey Laser in 2009 will be able to attend a course at no charge, space permitting.

The Ivoclar Vivadent laser education curriculum will be directed by Dr. John Graeber and Dr. Paul Silver. Each program will be limited to 24 attendees, in order to provide a more personalized and hands-on training experience. Seven continuing education credits will be issued at the conclusion of the course.
