Sustainability is a flashy term for some people. At Ivoclar Vivadent, sustainability means to achieve economic success through value-based management for the benefit of all stakeholders. It is not a condition, but an ongoing process which is based on a particular mindset, responsible action and respect – qualities which are at the root of Ivoclar Vivadent’s corporate culture.
The Corporate Social Responsibility Report (CSR) provides a regular update on various sustainability projects and initiatives supported by Ivoclar Vivadent.
The Code of Business Conduct (CoBC) sets out the standard for relations with people inside and outside the company. The employees of Ivoclar Vivadent commit themselves to abide by this code, regardless of their position or responsibility within the company.
Our Compliance Program is headed by a Compliance Board, which is responsible for developing, implementing and driving the program throughout the company. Regional Compliance Representatives in the subsidiaries are responsible for the implementation of the program according to the specifications of the Compliance Board.
