    To Our Valued Customer

On June 21, 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a pivotal decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., overturning the physical presence standard previously established in Quill Corp. v. North Dakota (1992). As a result, states are imposing sales and use tax collection obligations on sellers that lack physical presence; overturning two decades of precedent.
